INTRODUCING… Lani Yadegar, CPCC our newest addition to the LAB Method team!

Lani is a group facilitator and producer of The LAB Method newsletter. She works with Polly on a myriad of projects that are in the works. Lani has been coaching and working with people around communication, emotional intelligence, and how to craft and design healthy relationships in the workplace, in marriages, and in family systems for over a decade.  She is a certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute, a graduate of the Hakomi Institute of California in mindfulness based somatic psychotherapy and she is trained by the Matrix Leadership Institute in group facilitation and group systems.  Read her full bio here.

Keep your love alive. Prioritize your partnership.

Each year, despite the Hallmark cringe factor of Valentine’s Day that irks so many of us, this winter holiday serves as an invitation to put some attention on your partnership. And as parents, when we do this, we often realize that we have admittedly drifted into efficiency over connection, productivity over romance, and generally a habit of doing over being when it comes to our relationship. 

Let’s be honest.  Getting shit done is seductive. There’s even a high that’s drenched in pride that I’m sure we have all felt with a checked off to-do list in our hands.
